How Long The Delivery Takes

The delivery time for unstitched and ready to wear is 8-10 working days, If your order involves any customization, for example stitching service for an unstitched garment, 15-20 working days will be required for delivery process.

What If There Is Variation In Product Color

Motifz LLC strives to photograph its products as accurately as possible using the best technology available. However, there still might be very slight variances in the actual color of the product which are unintentional and unclaimable.

What If My Merchandise Is Damaged

We accept responsibility for any damage in merchandise if reported within 24 hours of delivery. For reporting any damage in merchandise, immediately contact us at https://motifz.ae/pages/complain with pictures of the damage. Our team will fairly settle the dispute in a way that is acceptable to most consumers. Replacement of the damaged merchandise, if required, will be sent with the next order whenever made by the customer. Please note all damage claims and order issues will only be acceptable through the link provided.

Can I Cancel My Order

We do not process refunds. The order cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of order placement. However, in the event of order cancellation, we will issue you a store credit voucher of your invoice amount which can be used on our online website immediately or in future. Can I Exchange My Product

We are committed to satisfy all of our customers which is why we do not inhibit our customers from exchanging their merchandise. For exchanging your desired article, you will have to courier it back to our manufacturing site in Pakistan, and after confirmation of its receipt, we will issue you a refund voucher for your invoice amount which you can use to buy any other thing from our website immediately or in future. What Will Be The Shipping Charges

Shipping Charges are indicated separately on the checkout page depending on the location and details of your order. We do provide free shipping to most parts of the world if your order is worth more than AED 750 (USD 200). If your order is admissible for free shipping, it will be indicated on the checkout page as your shipping charges would amount to zero. How do I Track My Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you and WhatsApp (If you have WhatsApp on your number) you the details of it with a link to track it and your unique tracking ID. The link will directly take you to the website of the courier company used to dispatch your order.

Do I Need to Have An Account Registered With You

It is not essential to register an account with us and you are free to check out as a guest. Although, having an account will save you from re-entering your information every time you come back to shop with us

Are There Any Delivery Policies

We strictly adhere to all laws of the UAE and we do not ship to any country where trade is not sanctioned by the UAE trade authorities.
