Shipping policy

Delivery time for unstitched and ready to wear articles is 8-10 working days Delivery time for customized stitching is15-20 working days.

Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the size of package and destination. If your total order value exceeds AED 750 (USD 200), you will get free shipping worldwide. Please Note Free shipping is not applicable on order exchange.

We use DHL Express, Fedex and Ups For all our world wide deliveries.

Your order may be required to pay customs and import duties upon arrival of the goods into your country. Motifz Trading LLC is not responsible for any taxes or duties the customs office of your country may charge you, any amount payable as duty and taxes necessary to release your order from customs will be paid by you.

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you and WhatsApp (If you have WhatsApp on your number) you the details of it with a link to track it and your unique tracking ID. The link will directly take you to the website of the courier company used to dispatch your order.

MOTIFZ LLC tries its level best to make deliveries in the most reasonable time possible. But order deliveries may be delayed in case of certain unexpected situations; MOTIFZ LLC does not assume any responsibility of delayed deliveries, though it does everything in its power to avoid them.
